§ 33.003. TIME AND EFFICIENCY STUDIES.

(A) The County Council recommends to the Cass County Commission that a time and efficiency study be instituted and authorized to carry to conclusion a study of all persons and departments of the Cass County Government.
(B) The Cass County Council does state its authority to fund such a venture and its agreement to do so.
