(A) The Cass County Commissioners may hold meetings every first and third Monday, except if it is a holiday, in which case the Board of County Commissioners shall establish by proper motion the substitute meeting date. The first meeting of the Board of County Commissioners may begin at 1:30 p.m. and the meeting on the third Monday may begin at 6:00 p.m. All such meetings shall be called pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 5-14-1.5-5 addressing “Public Notice of Meetings”, unless otherwise noted.
(B) The Board of Commissioners regularly meets in the Cass County Government Building, 200 Court Park, Second Floor Hearing Room, Logansport, Indiana 46947, unless otherwise indicated.
(C) Special meetings or short sessions of the Board of Commissioners shall be called pursuant to the applicable state Law.
