(A) The 3-member Board of Commissioners duly elected pursuant to applicable state law shall be the County Executive, and shall transact the business of the County of Cass.
(B) The term of office for each Commissioner is 4 years beginning January 1 following the election and continuing until a successor is elected and qualified.
