§ 153.087. HAZARDOUS WASTE/NUCLEAR WASTE.

In addition to review by the Board of Zoning Appeals, all processing, storage, recycling, recovery, and disposal of hazardous waste shall be in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 13-7-8.5 and I.C. Title 13, as amended and all processing, storage, recycling, recovery, and disposal of nuclear waste shall be in accordance with the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
