§ 150.01. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

  • (A) In order to promote public health, safety, morals, convenience, order and general welfare and for the sake of efficiency of economy in the process of developing Cass County, the Board of Commissioners of Cass County, Indiana find that the Comprehensive Plan entitled “Cass County Comprehensive Plan 1985" be in full force and effective. Copies of the plan are available for public inspection in the Planning Department and County Auditor’s Office.

    (B) The “Comprehensive Plan, Cass County, Indiana: Population” is adopted as a part of the Comprehensive Plan, Cass County, Indiana.
