§ 110.180. PLAN COMMISSION TO RECEIVE APPLICATIONS FOR ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREAS.

The Plan Commission of Cass County, Indiana is designated as the agency of Cass County which shall receive all applications from person, firms, organizations or corporations requesting that certain real estate be designated as an Economic Revitalization Area.
