§ 70.02. COUNTY’S POWER TO REGULATE TRAFFIC.

(A) The county may adopt, by ordinance, traffic regulations with respect to streets and highways under its jurisdiction.
(B) Fines assessed for violations of traffic ordinances adopted by the county may be deposited into the general fund of the county.
