§ 95.10. CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deliberately starve, torture, beat or ill-treat any dog, cat or any other animal. Any person who shall violate the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in accordance with § 95.99.
