§ 36.005. LIMITATIONS; NON-SUPERSESSION OF EMERGENCY POWERS OF INCORPORATED MUNICIPALITIES; CONFORMANCE OF MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS WITH COUNTY REGULATIONS

  • Nothing in this chapter is intended to supersede or delimit the powers of any incorporated municipality under I.C. 10-14-3-17 to adopt and implement emergency plans, and promulgate and enforce special emergency regulations and procedures in the advent of an actual emergency affecting such municipality. However, pursuant to I.C. 10-14-3-17, such regulations and procedures as promulgated by the municipal authorities may not be inconsistent with the Cass County Emergency regulations and procedures.
