§ 33.180. ROLE OF BUILDING COMMISSIONER AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.

For the purposes of the agreement between the City of Logansport and Cass County, the City Building Commissioner will act as the City/County Building Commissioner and the County Zoning Administrator will act as the City/County Zoning Administrator.
