§ 33.251. GOVERNED BY STATE STATUTE.

The Department shall be governed by I.C. 3 6-7-14, as amended, and the Commission shall have the power and authority to do and perform all things now or hereafter granted to it by I.C. 36-7-14 and 36-7-25, each as amended.
