§ 33.218. BOND APPROVAL.

The issuance, sale and delivery by Cass County Jail and Courthouse Building Corporation of an initial series of bonds designated “Cass County Jail and Courthouse Building Corporation, First Mortgage Bonds”, in the aggregate principal amount of $3,560,000 is approved, subject to the public hearing and other proceedings required by law.
