§ 33.215. APPROVED.

It is determined to be proper and in the public interest to approve the incorporation of the non-profit corporation known and designated as the Cass County Jail and courthouse Corporation for the purpose of financing, constructing and equipping a jail and courthouse building or buildings to be leased to Cass County.
