(A) The written request of the Governing Board of the Memorial Hospital be and the same is granted.
(B) There is created a body corporate and politic to be known as the “Cass County Hospital Association” for the purpose of financing, acquiring, constructing, equipping and leasing to Cass County the land and a building or buildings for hospital purposes, under and pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 16-22-7-30.
(C) A certified copy of this resolution shall be forthwith filed by the County Auditor with the Judge of the Cass Circuit Court.
