§ 31.24. COUNCILMANIC DISTRICTS.

Latest version.

(A) The County of Cass is divided into 4 County Councilmanic Election Districts.
(B) The Council Districts shall be as follows:
(1) First District: Adams, Bethlehem, Boone, Clay I, Clay II, Clay III, Harrison, Jefferson, Noble North, Noble South.
(2) Second District: Eel West, Precincts 1-7 and 16.
(3) Third District: Eel West, Precinct 8-15.
(4) Fourth District: Clinton, Deer Creek, Jackson, Miami, Tipton I, Tipton II, Washington, Galveston.
(5) Fifth District: At large.
(6) Sixth District: At large.
(7) Seventh District: At large.
