§ 30.01. ELECTION PRECINCTS.

(A) All election precincts within Cass County and the corporate limits of the City of Logansport, Indiana, shall hereafter be designated and described as set forth in the Cass County Commissioners Record Book No. 41, page 291, at the January 29, 1990 meeting of the Commissioners where an ordinance was adopted “Changing the Precincts”, which is incorporated herein by reference.
(B) Ord. 95-03 which established precincts in the City of Logansport resulting from annexation is incorporated by reference and available for public inspection in the County Auditor’s Office, during regular business hours.
